You will care for one client at a time — allowing you to build real relationships and make a meaningful difference every shift.
ResponsibilitiesCaregivers assist clients with daily activities that help them stay safe, comfortable, and independent at home, including:
Personal care support
Bathing, showering, grooming, and dressing
Medication reminders
Joyful companionship and meaningful engagement
Mobility assistance, transfers, and ambulation
Meal planning and preparation
Responding quickly and responsibly in emergencies
Daily living activities tailored to each client's needs
High school diploma or equivalent
PCA Certificate, NA Course Completion, or CNA license
At least one year of experience in caregiving, healthcare, hospitality, or in-home care
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Current auto insurance
Ability to work a variety of shifts (days, evenings, nights, weekends, holidays)
Compassionate, dependable, and supportive personality
Ability to perform essential job functions with or without accommodation
Enjoys one-on-one caregiving and building strong client relationships
Willingness to learn, grow, and enhance caregiving skills
