Advanced Dermatology & Cosmetic Care, is a leading medical dermatology practice in CA, with newly opened locations in Bakersfield and Porter Ranch. Role Description:

The Office Manager will be responsible for providing administrative support to the business office. This includes answering phones, greeting visitors, scheduling meetings, and managing the business office calendar. The Office Manager will also be responsible for managing the office’s books, including but not limited to invoicing, expense reports, and financial statements. This position is expected to oversee the office’s administrative processes and procedures. Furthermore, the individual in this role must be versatile and able to provide both receptionist and medical assistant support as needed.

Qualifications:

• Applicants need to have a minimum of 3 years of related experience in medical management.
• We would prefer to see prior experience in receptionist and/or medical assistant positions.
• Applicant should have knowledge and experience in managing OSHA
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and adapt quickly to change.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Organized.
• Familiar with inventory management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour
