New CIO starting in January.

• Please assess commute based on location - 244 Perimeter Parkway
• Reliable, on-site attendance at this location is an essential function of this role.
  • Given Atlanta traffic from your location to the office, must arrive at the workplace by 8:45 AM

Provide high-level administrative support to dynamic and busy CIO and some support to a Sales Sr VP.

5 days in office with minimal to no OT required.

Responsibilities:

• Handle travel coordination, mostly domestic and some global - not a main focus of role
• Arrange conference calls and meetings
• Calendar management
• Maintain and order supplies
• Gatekeeping
• Spot bonuses throughout the year, depending on performance

​ Qualifications:

• 3 years minimum supporting C-suite executive
• 8+ years of total previous experience as an executive assistant, administrative assistant in medium to large firms.
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Strong attention to detail
