Job Title: General Production Workers needed paying $19/hr

Job Description

We are seeking dedicated General Production Workers who can reliably contribute to our dynamic team environment. This role requires individuals who can remain on their feet throughout an entire shift and work collaboratively with team members. General Production Workers will inspect wood for defects and mark them appropriately. Additionally, Lumber Stackers will handle and organize wood on the production line.

Responsibilities

• Inspect wood for defects and mark them with a marker.
• Pick up and stack lumber from the production line.
• Work in either the physically demanding Lumber Stacking area or the detail-oriented Inspection area.
• Maintain consistency and reliability during shifts, including potential Saturday work and daily overtime as needed.

Essential Skills

• Reliability and ability to maintain consistent attendance.
• Capability to stand and lift up to 50 lbs for 8-12 hours a day.
• Strong teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with others.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in production, warehouse, or a manufacturing environment is beneficial.

Work Environment

Work in a fast-paced manufacturing setting, collaborating in teams on production lines. The dress code includes a t-shirt, jeans, and steel toe boots. Shifts vary starting from 6 AM to 8 AM and include work on Saturdays with overtime typically extending the regular workday.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Beavertown, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
