Open Site Excavation, Inc. is a family owned/operated excavation company located in Grasonville Maryland. We are currently seeking honest, trustworthy & dependable candidates to join our team. All applicants must have experience operating excavator, skid steer, dozer, loader, backhoe etc. Ability to read and lay out plans preferred. Compensation commensurate with experience & performance. Clean driving record a must, CDL a plus. Must be able to commute daily to shop located in Grasonville, MD. Occasional overnight travel. 

Job Duties Include:

• Maneuvers motorized heavy equipment to ensure the accurate removal and placement of materials.
• Observe stipulated safety codes at all times
• Report injuries and equipment damage to management
• Inspect trucks, excavators, bulldozers and other heavy equipment for proper performance
• Operate bulldozers, excavators, articulated dump trucks, scrapers, and other equipment
• Drive pick-ups, flatbeds, and water trucks as needed
• Set up and maintain erosion control
• Set up and maintain traffic control
• Check and maintain grade stakes
• Provide general maintenance of equipment and tools
• Trenching, clearing and mass grading
