Hybrid-Music Publishing Coordinator needed for a contract opportunity with Yoh’s client located in Franklin, TN.
The Big Picture – Top Skills Should You Possess:
- Must have experience with music publishing and co-publishing agreements
- Experience with Music Maestro, Disco and Excel
- Enjoy and a fan of faith-based music
- Hybrid Schedule: M & F - Remote; TWH - Onsite
- Pay Range: $16 - $19/hr; depending on experience
What You’ll Be Doing: - Responsible for coordinating song turn ins with writers and admin clients, assisting with advance payments, tracking new releases, and ensuring the best client services experience possible.
- Process payments to writer for demo expenses, writer advances, translation invoice payments, copyright registration funding account, etc.
- Collect metadata including International Standard Recording Codes (ISRCs) and all necessary recording info for new releases, ensuring songs are ready to be registered
- Watch new release spreadsheet to collect dates for team to work towards property set-up.
- Watch Radio schedule closely to identify ads to radio. – ensuring that these songs are properly registered with the correct metadata
What You Need to Bring to the Table: - Must have experience with music publishing and co-publishing agreements
- Experience with Music Maestro, Disco and Excel
- Strong analytical skills and proven experience with managing lots of data with a keen attention to detail
- Enjoy and a fan of faith-based music
