Our company is expanding and seeking another laundry attendant. To join our growing team, please review the list of responsibilities and qualifications.

Responsibilities of a laundry attendant

• Report hazards, unsafe conditions, pests, or equipment issues to the Manager
• Assisting Customers with any questions regarding their laundry
• Cleaning the insides and the outsides of all washers and dryers
• Sweeping & Mopping the floor
• Cleaning the bathroom
• Replacing all paper products before they are empty
• Replenishing the soap vending machine
• Reporting to the Manager any low cleaning supplies or vending products
• Following the procedure when it comes to abandoned clothing
• Cleaning windows
• Decorating for Holidays

Qualifications

• Excellent oral and written communication skills to understand and carry out oral and written instructions and interact effectively with co-workers, supervisors, and guests
• Ability to assist co-workers with their job duties and be a team player
• Must be able to consistently lift, pull, and push heavy weight (75 pounds or more)
• Must have schedule flexibility for shifts
• Must be 18 years of age
• Must be available for weekends
