As a Maintenance team member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the overall upkeep and maintenance of our property. Your attention to detail and dedication to maintaining a clean and safe environment will directly impact the quality of our guests' stay.

• Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as painting, plumbing, electrical repairs, and carpentry work.
• Inspect and maintain heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Respond promptly to guest requests for maintenance issues in guest rooms or common areas.
• Keep maintenance records and report any major maintenance needs to the management team.
• Assist with special projects, renovations, and other tasks as assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor.

We are looking for a motivated individual with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude. The ideal candidate will have:

• Prior experience in general maintenance and repairs, preferably in a hospitality setting.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
