RWJBarnabas Health is seeking a highly dedicated Critical Care RN for a Full Time Management position in the Cath Lab/IR at Community Medical Center.

Essential Functions:
The Operations Manager demonstrates the ability to direct and delegate the daily operations of the assigned unit/department utilizing effective and efficient tools/techniques to enhance physician and patient satisfaction,
Collaborates with the Cardiac Director to develop and implement operational efficiencies to ensure quality outcomes and meet/exceed required departmental metrics,
Ensures the department is in compliance with all applicable policies, laws and regulations
