Program Manager Job Title: Program Manager
Location: San Diego, CA or Remote
Pay Rate: $65.00/HR - $75.00/HR
Layout: 12+ Month Contract to Permanent Hire with the Client
Role Overview The Program Manager will executive leadership to orchestrate the end-to-end product development lifecycle for a major new launch. This role is responsible for de-risking, governance, and ensuring readiness across hardware and SaaS streams, including post-launch brand approvals.
Key Responsibilities - Manage the full program lifecycle for a new AI solution, from development through launch and brand approvals
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (Engineering, Operations, Sales, Support, Manufacturing)
- Oversee program planning, RAID management, and stakeholder governance
- Ensure all dependencies, risks, and timelines are tracked and communicated
- Support supply chain/vendor coordination and site readiness/change management as needed
- Use Agile/SAFe methodologies and tools (Jira, Confluence) as appropriate
- Facilitate approvals with major Quick-Service Restaurant brands post-launch (3-6 months process)
Must-Have Qualifications - Demonstrated experience managing large, end-to-end programs involving both hardware (devices) and SaaS
- Background in QSR, device + SaaS, or similar industries (preferred but not required)
- Strong organizational, communication, and risk management skills
- Familiarity with Agile/SAFe, Jira, and Confluence
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders and drive accountability
Nice-to-Have - Experience with AI, or subscription-based device models
- Exposure to supply chain or manufacturing environments
