Our client, a leading technology organization, is seeking a Program Manager to join their team. As a Program Manager, you will be part of the Cloud Customer Experience Platform supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, adaptability, and strategic thinking, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Program Manager
Location: Remote (PST preferred)
Pay Range: $62 - $67/hr on W2
Daily Schedule: Monday - Thursday - 7 hours/day, total 28 hours/week
Contract Duration: until 6/30/26 (chance of extension - yes- expected to be a full 18 months contract)
What's the Job?- Drive Agile transformation initiatives across multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex projects within the Azure ecosystem.
- Own DevOps solutions, ensuring continuous improvement and innovation.
- Enable rapid impact and foster a culture of continuous learning and development.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet project milestones and objectives.
What's Needed?- 4+ years of experience with Azure DevOps and Agile methodologies.
- Proven track record coaching multiple teams and stakeholders in Agile adoption.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to facilitate collaboration and drive results.
- Experience managing complex projects with a focus on DevOps and cloud solutions.
- 8-10 years of relevant industry experience, with familiarity in newer Agile tools and practices.
