Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available in Hillsboro, OR, serving a K-12 school setting. This contract position covers the current school year, providing a valuable role supporting students with diverse speech and language needs.

Responsibilities include:

  • Delivering comprehensive speech-language evaluations and therapy services to students across kindergarten through 12th grade
  • Collaborating with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Monitoring student progress and maintaining accurate documentation consistent with state and district guidelines
  • Providing guidance and support to school staff regarding speech-language development and related strategies

Qualifications and experience:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid Oregon state license issued by the Board of Examiners for Speech-Language Pathology
  • Experience working with a K-12 caseload preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students, families, and school personnel
  • Ability to adapt therapy techniques to meet individual student needs

The position requires full-time availability (35+ hours weekly) and is anticipated to begin as soon as possible through June 11, 2026. The exact caseload and number of schools assigned will be determined.
