Gingerich Well & Pump Service, LLC is excited to add a Heavy Equipment Mechanic to our growing team! With over 60 years of experience in the well drilling and pump service industry, we specialize in water well design, water systems design, construction, repair, and well inspection.

*Job Duties:*
* Work on large equipment with hydraulics
* Use a voltage meter
* Change brakes and tires
* Do all vehicle interval services, oil, lube, and inspection
* Troubleshoot problems
* Take it apart and put it back together
* Maintain a clean and safe work space

*Requirements:*
* "Can-do" attitude: must desire to do a great job
* Valid driver's license & clean driving record. Ability to obtain Class A CDL within required amount of time
* Must pass a drug screen, background check, DOT physical, and back x-ray
* Ability to work overtime
* High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
* 3-5 years of heavy equipment wrenching is desirable
* _We outsource most of our major diesel engine repair work. Diesel engine experience is a plus, but not required._

*Schedule:* Monday-Friday, 7a-5p (50 hours/week) with occasional late evenings and weekend work when necessary.
